The new year already and I have discovered my next boat project. We were in Hawaii the week before Christmas, vacationing. We spent a day on the beach in Kona and they had the neatest thing to play on. It was a water cycle. A bicycle frame with pontoons. The pedals cranked a propeller and it could really get going. I remember I have a pattern for one in an old Popular Mechanics encyclopedia. It has a different drive system but it still works. Can't wait to get started.
