That Adla, what a lady,
Let me tell you what she did,
She fixed my trailer up like new,
She is one smart kid.
I went down last Saturday
And spent a half a day,
She showed me how to pack the bearings,
I didn't know what to say.
Except thank you very much,
I had a real good time,
I learned a lot I didn't know
And how to save a dime.
My wife came and took me shopping
To find my grandson a guitar,
Hit every store in Vegas I think,
And got the very best by far.
Went back to pick up the boat,
Adla came to the door, had to look twice,
After all that time in the dirt and grease,
She cleans up real nice.
Got home pretty late that night,
Falcon's bundled up for the winter again,
Thanks once more Adla, you're the best,
I'm proud to call you a friend.
