since i now have a part time job working at woodcraft i have discovered a really cool dovetail jig by leigh, www.leighjigs.com and have decided that i am going to use the stores demo model to create the inlaid wave isoloc joint for the daggerboard box (the bottom one). i am going to inlay the makore with turquose just like the tiller.

has anyone else ever used this jig?

now if i can just find the time to get to it.
I've used it, it's a nice jig. Gets kinda old using it everyday though. I'm glad I don't have to do that anymore. My grandfather used to hand cut dovetails almost as fast as you could make them with that jig. He was showing off for me once when he asked why I didn't dovetail my drawers. I never made any waves with it that's a good look, it'll look good on your boat
