The Indian Pass RV Park and Campground near Cape San Blas (south of Tallahassee) has been selected as the location for this early spring event. A computer failure has robbed me of the information page the selection committee received so I will have to reconstruct it for general consumption. The dates for this, open attendance, highly unstructured event are 31 Mar – 3 Apr 06. I have some charts and photos that describe the place. Please look for an information package here in the next few days.

Yaahoo Way to go Craig I'm am marking my calander.now you are cooking, I'm tickled sh--less. Needless to say I am planning to attending Angie is planning on coming with me I don't know if we will bring both boats or not but we are planning on coming. I will bring some firewater and plan on cooking at least one evening meal. I will try to get my own personal chief Benny Don to come with me for cooking duties I don't know if he can get a kitchen pass or not yet we will see. Any thing you need help with please let me know. Smile Tongue Big Grin  Bud.
Big Grin I will plan to be there as first mate on s/v Magnolia (Cap'n Bud's). I will be coming from a build in Missouri that is supposed to finish up on March 29. I won't be dragging Fat Chance with me since I will becoming from Maryland via Missouri  I will have my little mongrel dog Cricket with me, so I hope they allow dogs.
Wonderful news that has brightened a dreary day! I have it down on my calendar and plan on being there with my work's cooperation. Thanks for putting all of this together!
Count me in Craig. Don't know if I'll have any crew but I'll be there with the Whippoorwill. Guess this means I'll have to work on the boat again.
Bud, how long you and Angie plan on staying down there? I may stay a while longer and do some gunkhole cruising after the messabout. A week of sailing sounds nice heh. I look forward to seeing everyone and getting to boat out again

Angie: There will be more of us in trouble than Crickett if they don't let mongrels or dogs in. That being the case we can go to Apalach I know they have some mongrels and dogs there I have met most of them, but part of them are no longer there Capt. Norman Hart passed last year ( he the guy that got his boat grounded cross ways in the St. George cut and blocked it for a day or so) Cost Guard wasn't very happy with him, and Capt. Lawrence Lewis sold his boat and moved back to good old Jasper but I am sure a few are left to enjoy. Bud.
I really do have photos of the campground and sailing area to share. I am just having a hell of a time getting it put up.. Cry
As you can see I finally got the web page up public. Had to get one of my sons to help. I am glad you are all interested. I will turn on the campground next week and ask that they keep an eye out for cancellations in late March. Thanks for your offers Bub. Sounds great.

I'll be there with my MiniCups. BTW, St Joseph State Park nearby is one of the finest beaches in the world and has good camping too.
Where do people plan to sail? In St, Joe Bay or in the sound behind St Vincent Is or behind St George Is?

I have been trying for a couple years to join this group with no luck.

Built two MiniCups, a 2 paw-9 nesting dinghy and currently building a 20' Tolman Skiff.
