I am planning to go down to the Gulf Coast and work with Habitat this spring. Anybody want to join me? A boat building "build" would be fun.

I have driven a few nails for habitat here in NC - have a good trip but I'll have to pass on joining you on the Gulf.

that is something i could get behind....i really have a lot of admiration for Jimmy Carter and that particular organization. all politics aside how many of us dedicate half a year to teaching people to farm or helping people build homes??? They featured Sam Maloof and Jimmy Carter on the latest woodworkers journal. Anywhoo it is good work. People need homes.
