I used my member benefit number from the byyb and placed an order a couple of days ago ---- waiting on fastners to finish Alice (the triad) and I saved 20 bucks on what would have been about a hundred dollar order!!! VERY NICE...thanks BYYB!!!!


and while waiting for the order to arrive...I though a little magic wand making would be in order....my dad cut some pear trees last year and i decided they should be magic wands instead of just yard fixtures...

i'm not impatient (really i'm not) just curious...and wish i could somehow track the order...but i will get over it.

i removed the boom and the gaff jaws yesterday...getting ready to re-finish them. i am totally resigned to repainting. i used a satin finish because i don't like shiny but i can't keep not so shiny clean...it gets dirty from wind and weather and is IMPOSSIBLE to wipe clean. i've got high gloss on the horizon!

someday...when i am not the most lazy person in the world i might even get to welding the axle hangers on...i keep wanting to do it but i get so lazy and nap or something else instead. sad really....
