The transom is working lose on the right hand side where it joins the seat back. What ever forces are working on it are strong enough to pull the fiberglass lose. I am thanking of cutting that part of the transom and seat back off. I am having other glue failures where the rub rail joins the transom. What I need now is a master woodworker with a saws-all to volunteer to do the cutting and shapping.
