After studying the pros and cons of many craft, the Vacationer seems to me to be the best bet for someone who wants a serious boat that he can afford to build over time and on a pensioner's budget. The Weekender was my first choice for all the same reasons most people choose it, but I wanted something a little larger that would be more suited to longer cruises.
