Curious if anyone has tried a Lee board of the side of there weekender and if any one has seen a keyboard with a s curve to it positing the board under the centre of the keel?
I'm not sure what the "keyboard with a s curve to it" is all about but the leeboard is possible though the hull isn't shaped well for one. Leeboard equipped hulls have the point of maximum beam at the vertical CLP, so the leeboard can work properly. The Weekender has it's max beam farther aft then the CLP point, so the board will be forced to work in the wash from the hull side, which isn't very efficient. A leeboard will offer some advantages on some points of sail, though the results will be marginal at best on this hull shape.

A centerboard would be more helpful, if only because it can be located where it needs to be and still work efficiently, but the keel profile will mitigate much of it's upwind benefits. Lastly, a modified keel profile could help considerably if coupled with a centerboard, though upwind, windage and aspect ratio are equally as big of deterrents, as the appendages. If all of the above where employed (rig windage reduction, keel profile changes and the addition of a centerboard), you'd get the most from a Weekender. This is a lot to consider, so you'd be best advised to evaluate what you want from your Weekender, compared to your budget and skill sets.
