Hi all.
I attach photos one of my last modifications. I found room for the safety buoy ring on the cabin roof, in order to free space inside.
The ring is attached by a bungee line against the mast on a sort of rack, then two spacers on the roof keep it up enough to let the hatch slide underneath.
Another bungee line between grabrails gives a furter constrain, but leaving a fast access in case of necessity. Everything done with scraps!
Furthermore I found that the buoy ring so placed is really useful to temporary store rucksasks, shoes, picnic bags etc..
