The boat is salvageable, but not by a novice. Just tweaking her back into shape will take several months of jacking, cussing, wedging, cussing, bracing, cussing and recording all the movements. Not a job for the back yard builder.
Unfortunately, I see these fairly regularly. Unless it has some historical value, an impressive, documented racing history, was owned by someone important, then most of the time they're not worth fixing. In fact, it's usually much cheaper to build a new one exactly the same as this one, then restore her. So, unless JFK had miss Monroe aboard, you'd be best advised to walk away.
