One of the boats I spent a bit of time on was s/v Peace IV.  You will find Annie and Nevelle on Wharram's forum, wonderful folks and a very inspiring vessel.

Angie thanks for the post and Tom thanks for the link.  Hey wait a minute... I think I know that.. err boat.

Tom:  The photo looks like it was taken in the Caribbean off the Dutch side of St. Maarten, around the Cuopecoy area.  It also explains one of the reasons we (I) vacation there every winter!
