I scarfed the bottom of my Vacationer together, so I have no panel joiners. The location of the bulkheads is determined by measuring from the panel joiners as reference points. I am assuming that the plan, calling for 1X4's for the joiners, means nominal 1X4's, really measuring 3-1/2" wide. Right?
