Would anyone like to come to Two Rivers, Wisconsin for a "Weekender" sailing Festival.  There are campgrounds, motels, easy access to Lake Michigan, good food, music and a chance to meet other Weekender builders and owners.  I just bought a weekender from Bill Skrzymowski of La Crosse Wisconsin.  He never named her so she will be the "Gustav G." after my Dad who built 3 boats with me before I was 17.  Attached is a picture of the boat Bill built and the figure head my Dad carved in 1966 which will go on it.

You should mention that Two Rivers is just a few short miles up the coast from Manitowac and the Wisconsin Maritime Museum http://www.wisconsinmaritime.org/index.php. Maybe you could all raft up with the USS Cobia and spend the night.  Some of our scouts were up there last month and slept aboard.

What dates are you planning for the Two Rivers event?  The Lake Pepin Messabout is the first weekend in June.  We live just outside of Pewaukee and could attend both, but scheduling would make the difference.
