But only if the plywood you have laying around happens to be aircraft grade plywood manufactured to MIL-P-6070 specifications. BS-1088 will not do, and ACX will get you killed.

Why not go real big a build a Mosquito with a pair of Merlin's, now that would be a performer. Just my .02 cents, dream BIG!!!

Funny you say that a friend and I were talking about cutting a v\w engine in half to make two smaller motors and building a scaled down mosquito...just dreaming mind you but it sure would be cool.
