G'day all. I don't see too many Skipjack builders out there! I'm going to replace the Albacore at the cottage with this one. The Alb is a bit too much of a hot-rod to have a relaxing sail. Love the look of the SS with the cutter bow and gaff rig, and a nice flat floor with no centreboard to get in the way.
Any other Super Skipjack builders in the area?

Well, I'm on the '1 Year Plan' to build this, the first 6 months of which will be cleaning out my garage...

Hi,
I am in the early stages of dreaming of possibly building a boat. I don't have a good place to build, but I am on a waiting list for a garage, that is too short for a Weekender, so I at the moment I am dreaming of a "Saturday" - a shortened Weekender, or actually a "Super Skipjack" with a cabin. I plan to sail her (mostly?) alone on the Danish coasts.

Yesss! I obught a shelterlogic 2 months ago and started my weekender. Alas, i received a city notice to dismantle the shelter for it is the law after the 27 of april each year. Very sad! i almost had it to 3D.. now it rests in the basement until i find a garage. no christening for me this year.
