Are there any? The time has come to finish rigging the tops'l and cutter rig for my boat and I am looking for something a bit less $$ than West Marine. Everyone seems to be the same price. Are rigging materials fair trade items or have the manufacturers all decided what the price is going to be? Even the cheap stiff is the same price as Harkin.

West Marine is having a sale on running rigging from 8:00-8:00 on March 17 but it is an internet only sale not in stores. They are selling it for 40% off select lines. Hope this helps I could have them email you the ad. I haven't checked the website yet so I don't know if it is mentioned.
Thanks guys. I have the West ad Pat. I looked at Duckworks and Jamestown and by the time you get the stuff shipped it os the same or more then the local store. I will try the other two. There is a place in NS called Cajun Trading the has excellent prices on cordage. He's a bit far for shipping though. Thanks again.
Craig, Ed Jones found a deal on some a while back

I talked to him just a few days ago and he is very happy with the stuff he got and has a contact for him. He told me he has a lot to choose from and the price is right

Bacon Sails also has line for a good price. I think I bought Pops spectra for about .40/ft--- it was 2/3 less than West Marine. They had different colors of braid in the line if you wanted them to be different, I think this really helps. You can find them on line.
