Looks like thy have just reinvented the square rigger.  How's this supposed to work off the wind? :-\

Watch the video and pay attention to ...

(1) how the keel bulb slides back and forth, similar to a canting keel.
(2) how the sail configurations change on different points of sail ... there is a compass that surrounds the boat to show what direction the wind is coming from and what configurations the sails assume - they are computer controlled.

Then follow the next link for a description of how it all works.
