Well yesterday marked the official confirmation of spring's arrival. The changing of the guard, the ravens are moving on to spring nesting, seagulls are now moving in. I heard lots of them last night sitting on our now snow free deck. The sunny days are growing longer, snow is melting, gulls are back, and soon the ice breakup. This sure seems like a longer winter is finally loosening it's grip.

Snow Buntings are heading north too.

My friend Gary got bitten by a mosquito yesterday. I killed it. ;D

As I sit with my morning coffee today, a nice sized flock of geese flew by the window, and they were charting a course north bound, Yea!

Spring here too, 5' diamond back dead in the road right inthe center of town. (the snake kind not the baseball players)

Was he heading north???
