How would it work if you scaled down a drawing of a real Brig to about 16 feet long or so and built it like a stripper. I seem to remember the Stevensons saying something about scaling but I don't remember exactly what they said. Interesting project anyway.

I think he's got some fore-aft trim issues, or maybe he's getting up on plane ?...
Brian, I started laughing when I saw the photo and read your post. It does look as if he should get his er, moveable ballast a little further forward or maybe he needs a case or two of 12 oz. ingiots in the forward hold. :lol:
