Went sailing today on lake Nickajack. Great day 65deg. wind 10 to 15 out of the NW. Cool but nice.
I had a visit Fri. from Cap'N Mad Dog Paul. Paul his wife Ann and Paul jr.(his dog) Set sail Wendsday for Hales Bar Marina Here on Nickajack From Concord Yatch Club in Knoxville, Arriving here Friday Evening. Cast off Sat. morning under power. 140 mi. 3 locks up stream. I called him this evening, got Ann on the phone ask her where they were. She told me "Some Place on the Tennessee River but she didn't know where but Cap'n Paul said they would make it home tomorrow." It is always good to have a first Mate that trust your decisions.
