The Stevensons are back online here.  There are some posts from them in the builders area.  They still have a few bugs with their ordering system but are taking orders again from their website.  I am just finishing my triad.  If you have questions, when you get plans and start, feel free to ask.  I am no expert but at least I am familiar.  I didn't vary to far from the plans, just a couple of modifications.
