My new favorite tool, the SHINTO wood rasp.
It’s great for touch up shaping and forming.

The scrapers come in handy too.

Good looking tools Karl. Most of the time I use my handy Sthl farm boss for shaping and forming, but your work is a little slicker than mine anyway. Bud.
Karl has this strange notion that there is a ZEN to sanding.

As you can tell from my Pop, I got a hatchet gene in my pool. Maybe it is receding each generation, I trim with a sawzall instead of a chainsaw. There may be hope for the Wilson's yet.
A iPod, 5” random orbital sander, and a stack of 120 grit sanding disk
Life doesn’t get better than that.

I agree Karl...except for all of the sawdust!
Karl you should try some note book paper it has about the same grit as 120 and is a lot cheaper. Do they sell 120 grit as a stock item or is it a special order thing? :? Bud.
darn it Bud -- my sides hurt.....

you kILL ME....where'd we get BUD? Who knows - but THANK GOD!
