Greetings,
That's a Thomas Gillmer design. He is a real Naval Architect (as in the US Navy), taught at the Academy. He is the kind soul who penned for us the lines of the Pride(s) of Baltimore, which I visit whenever she comes to Navy Pier. I own several of his books including "Pride of Baltimore" and "Old Ironsides".
