A very interesting read - this couple is attempting to sail for nearly 3 years at sea and out of sight of land. Some of the things they come up with are ingenious, like growing bean sprouts for salad and making a garden. Part of the reason they are doing it is to simulate being confined in a small place and dealing with adversity for the length of time it would take astronauts to travel to Mars.
