It is hard to let go of her, I want to make sure I won't regret it as I will probably not build another boat from scratch in my lifetime. I guess my biggest issue is to make sure someone would take care of her and do the appropriate maintenance and use her often.... someone who would love her.

I am boat poor (or rich, depending on how you look at it). :lol:

Sister, Sister Be extreamly careful. I didn't do worth a dam with poor old Pearl. The people have only used her once or twice and are letting her set out and go to hell. If I had it to do over I would take her to the water set her sail tie off the tiller gas her down good and put a match to her. then have a big drink of Pussers run as she went out of sight. POP
