Hey guys,

We are heading out to Mystic Seaport for the weekend and was curious if anyone knew of any good chandlerys for old boat parts. Bronze bits etc, like gimballed lamps and other small odds and ends.


Also, has anyone been out there before and do you have any suggestions as far as places to stay? Currently our plan is to camp unless the weather is crappy.

A few years ago, I found a great place there - if you are in town at the bridge, go East to the first road on your left (less than 100 yards as I recall), turn left and a block or so on the left is the chandlery.

Lots of used stuff. Some reasonable and some outrageous. Have fun.
