I've taken off work this week to get as much done on the boat as I can.
As of today I have made the Jib sail and the furling to go with it. I'm not quite sure what the halyard line is for on furling systems, I just drilled holes in the pcv so that when I go to hook up the top one it stretches out the rest for a tight fit.
I'll snap some pictures tomorrow.
I also have mounted my dragonfly windvane and it seems to work great. I was worried it might just be for looks but so far its fine.
